Good God I am cold!!!!!!!
Good point today against a pretty useful and attacking Blackpool. I'm sure us Jacks would have taken a point from today before kick off.

Going through the team:

Willy - A couple of smart stops. Found touch a few times with his kicking but conditions weren't great. Got booke for time wasting in the 48th minute!!! Referee was not impressed when Willy showed him two balls!!!

Amanwka - First time I have seen this guy, although have read alot about him, none of it very good I'd admit. From the first minute people were getting on his back. Give the uy a break. As the game progressed I though he defended well and showed his pace down the right side. Okay distribution not great but probbly lacking a bit of confidence.

Austin - Kept Forbsie resonably quiet. No nonesense...thou shall not pass. Well played Kev.

Izzy - Shaky start, well all back 4 took time to settle. Whatever Blackpool threw at the Swans Izzy dealt with well. Picked up an injuey making a fantastic tackle stopping a goalscoring opportunity.

Dennis - Captain today. As per Izzy, started a bit shaky but did well. Seemed to miss a few headers but wind was a bit swirling.

Leon - Great work rate, won tackles, very lively, usual Leon. Keeping going fella your doing well.

Tate - Solid. Got the ball down as passed it well when possible.

Craney - Like the look of this guy. Can dish out the tackles and gets forward when possible too. Although it was back to the walls stuff most of the time so forward runs were rare.

Robbo - Quiet first half I though, much more involved second half. A few could tackles. Battle with Forbes was a good one.

Trundle - Worked hard closing down Blackpool in the first half. took some big tackles but just got up and walked away. I'm sure he was 'playing' to the Blackpool fans just before he crossed to put us 1-0 up. Ran at the defence a couple of times but was marshalled well.

Fallon - Okay, this guy does not score the 100's of goals we expect him to but hell, he isn't half a good target man. In the first half especially whenever it was hit to Fallon he won it and laid it off.

Subs -

Bayo - I like Bayo, he tries hard and combined well with Robbo and Trundle on a couple of ocassions. However, whether it was Bayo coming on / Fallon going off or Blackpool turning the screw the ball kept coming back towards our goal.

Watt - Did nothing wrong as far as I could see. No nonesense defending. If Izzy is out for a while I think Watt will do well.

McDonald - Only on for a few seconds, but did nothing wrong.

Good jack following today on a very, very cold afternoon on the Irish sea coast on a temporary stand with no roof.

Blackpool fans - fair play to you guys you can make some noise - I hate that 'Glad all over' - song. Glad I only heard it once.

We must press on from a point gained today and win our next 2 home games.
