David Cornell
David is a 16 year old goalkeeper from Gorseinon and is part of the youth development at the club.
He has only been given a squad number this season because of the goalkeeper crisis ahead the 2nd round FA Cup tie away at Horsham.
Dorus de Vries was struggling to be fit with a knee injury and David Knight was ruled out for 3 weeks with an ankle injury.
This would have left himself and fellow youth team keeper Callum Hawthorne as the only keepers available for the tie should the club not have not secured a replacement in the emergency loan window.
Luckily Dorus de Vries was passed fit for the game leaving David to continue playing his football back in the youth team.
