Another product of the succesful Swans youth system under Ron Walton. A very hardworking midfielder who seems to cover every blade of grass on the pitch. Not the most spectacular player in the squad, his contributions very often go unnoticed, but the team seems to do better when he has an extended run in the first team. Damien is another player who seems to have suffered a lot of bad luck as far as sickness and injuries go. Out for a long period with a kidney complaint, then, after breaking back into the first team, he broke a foot. More recently, he has been sidelined with a collapsed instep.
