Another player signed by Colin Addison and Peter Nicholas, Neil soon made his league debut after the switch from Merthyr in the 3-0 defeat at Luton. He made another 24 league appearances for the Swans last season, scoring 1 goal. At first struggled with the step up to league level, but soon adjusted, and made himself a regular first teamer. Good in the air, he plays at centre half, but has been moved upfield for short periods when the situation has demanded. Was given an additional 1 year contract by Nick Cusack in the summer, so will be doing his best to impress in the coming season
